We earn the right to tell your story with real numbers; you get a management company whose entire reputation depends on your engagement working. There is no version of Signal succeeding while its founding firms do not.
Quarterly roadmap influence
A standing quarterly session where founding firms direct what gets built next. The custom-software rule already favors you: anything three or more firms need becomes a platform feature, built free. Founding firms decide what reaches three first.
Standard pricing, on purpose
Founding firms pay the standard rate: 5% on the book you built, 10% only on growth we deliver. No founding discount, and we say that proudly, because the rate is already the generosity. Full-service management companies in dental and medical charge 10 to 20 percent; we are priced for references and long relationships, and a discount on top of that would just be a company that does not believe its own math.
What founding firms get instead of a discount is everything above: the deepest instrumentation, the loudest voice, and the same qualification bar as everyone else. If the diagnostic doesn't find annual value exceeding our base fee, we'll tell you you're not a fit, founding seat or not.
The diagnostic is the application. There is no separate founding-firm form; the readout tells both of us whether this should be one of the three.
